Does anyone know of some good companies that sponsor E3 visas for Australian citizens?

Your best bet is companies that are big enough to have an immigration lawyer either on retainer or internal (100+ employees). That said, e3 is simple enough to not need lawyers but convincing companies is another issue.

Feeling like I’ve been “bait-and-switched”…

I’ve been interviewing at an agency with the intention of filling a Director role. Recruitment reached out soon after my last meet-and-greet interview (about 6 to 7 people total) to tell me the team thinks I would be best suited for an Associate Director role with a fast follow of a Director promotion.

Recruitment can’t tell me what feedback is creating this gap but also won’t stop mentioning the positive praise and feedback the team had for me.

My team oversees internal comms and we’re in the process of signing on BananaTag.

Any fishies out there that can share what level of reporting + KPIs you’re providing leadership?

We plan to use it for exec comms and department-level leadership (HR, IT, etc.).

We’ve historically done mass communication through Outlook, so this will be our first time getting insight into staff e-mail + Teams performance.

Additional Posts in E3 visa

Hi, newbie on fish, does anyone know what Visa expenses are covered by employer? One of my previous employers covered travel and lodging. I am traveling soon and will need stamping to get back in US. Appointments in Australia are a hassle right now so have to travel to another country

How do you convince US companies to sponsor you for an E3 visa? The visa is easy, only available to professional Australians and costs approx $300, yet no US corps want to know about people requiring any type of visa. it’s very similar to TN status for Canadians :)
