I have 5.2 years of experience into Salesforce development and TechM was offering me 11 lpa ctc 5 months back....For some reasons, I was compelled to join CTS which offered me only 9.6LPA.

Now I realise that I am being underpaid and also I see no growth in the kind of project I am working with here in CTS....

I have an offer of 14 LPA. How much should I ask for if CTS plans to retain me?? Please help me with this.... I don't have any clue of the retention policies here in CTS..

What are the key components of your performance review process? The data points we currently use are manager and self scoring of a scorecard for each employee (scorecard outlines mission for the position, outcomes, and competencies) as well as peer feedback based on the competencies of the position (thought being a manager only has so much insight to a person’s day to day, especially in a matrix org). What am I missing?

Am I weird for not caring if I have kids or not? My SO and I talked about this recently and she asked if I want to have kids. Would be nice to have them, but also would be nice not too. I feel like everyone else I know has a super strong opinion on this topic. I think it’s a plus that I can defer the answer to what she wants but feel weird for not having a strong opinion one way or another

In need of help or advice. GF barely wants to have sex any more. Both near 30s, dating for almost 4Y. First 2 years we avgd 2/week, but now down to 2-3/Month. She seems happy in the relationship but admits she has changed. I’m first/only guy she’s been with and says at first she was more adventurous that now. My cousin’s son is very ill and may pass away in the next couple of days. He has had a very severe auto-immune disorder since he was born so while we knew this would come, it’s still a very sad time. My sister, who lives close to my cousin (I live in another country), doesn’t know them very well but has been with them today to give support. Anyone else have a hubby with a very low sex drive? I initiate most of the time and it really makes me feel neglected. I have talked to him about it but I think we just have different views on how to feel connected? I think once every 2 weeks is harsh. I prefer 3x-4x a week but he says that is a lot. Am I crazy to expect of this?

Is it a red flag if he doesn’t text me very frequently throughout the day? We have really nice times together though?

I m Hindu Rajput n they are Marathi Brahims.Although his parents said they are fine with marriage but i can sense they are not actually happy. How can I take it to the next step? Was thinking of coffee/grabbing lunch in our canteen, but sounds like a risky move (especially given she's HR..).

Guy I am dating for last 3 months asked me to attend Mother’s Day lunch/dinner with his whole family. I haven’t met any one of them on a 1-1. Gf brought up wanting to visit my family in my home city (SF) and seeing my childhood bedroom. I kinda just shut down because I didn’t see this coming and I grew up poor. In the past year, my mom and 2 siblings downsized again to a 2bd1bath. When I go home, I share a bunk bed with my brother. She always knew I grew up first gen low income but I don’t think she expected this. I’m insecure about sharing this with her. Any experiences with dating someone from a very socioeconomic background?
