Anyone else feel discourage ? I thought my interview went amazing and today I received the standard email rejection. I don’t know how many times I’ve seen those emails but this one hurt more than the others. I sat in my car and just cried. Hiding from my family, so they wouldn’t feel bad with me. Second year associate, started at a new firm recently and got put on a fast paced transaction. Made mistakes (drafting errors and tardiness to a call) that feel irredeemable… although no one has scolded me yet. As we move into next phase of the transaction the senior associate on the deal asked to meet 1-1 to discuss “logistics” and “my time/role” on the transaction. . .

Any advice on how to handle in the instance that I receive negative feedback during this conversation?

How do you navigate when you've already accepted an offer, but you get a better one? I'm supposed to start a new role tomorrow but got an offer for the job I really wanted, and it pays 50k more. Is it horrible if I quit while having just started?

I am a registered sales assistant which means I have my series 7. I also have the 63 and my Life & Health license. I was a financial advisor but the role is commission only so I decided to take a role as an assistant for some time to learn etc. I really like my role, but I only make 32k a year and after taxes I only take home about 25k. I have a gut feeling that I’m not being paid market value but it’s tough to find comparable salaries. Do you think $15.38/hr is a fair wage in this case?

Hello, i have offer from PWC SDC Banglore, I asked for salary revision based on counter offer, HR agreed but said revised offer letter will be shared next day after joining and mail confirmation will be given a week prior to joining date.

Is this the practice of compansation revision for new joiners at pwc SdC banglore?

Last week I got automated call from infosys and asked few details . After that I got call from hr and said my interview is scheduled on next week and very next day one person called me and asked few technical questions .she said she's calling from infosys and this is technical screening round . Today same hr called and said she will be scheduling a client interview.

My doubt is till now I didn't received any mail from infosys. So this is scam or part of infosys interview process?
