I am serving notice period. 32 days are left but i haven't received any mail from separation officer. And unable to see workflow in italent. Only got acknowledgement mail from hr. Please guide Thanks

It’s hard to trust the partners/leadership when they want us to return to office as being better when we increase offshoring? Also, the pressure on billable hours when all that really matters is how much our fixed labor costs vs. how much we can bill (which is usually fixed fee or at least a range) and the fixed labor costs of offshoring is significantly cheaper so the hours don’t matter. Am I mistaken by this viewpoint?

Does anyone know how to break a rental lease agreement if the landlord does not fix the window in the unit? Anyone here ever been scared by some major differences in materialism with your partner? I’ve been considered “boujee” by some friends but my girlfriend of just over a year is on a whole other level.
