Does my study schedule seem doable? I’m starting with REG and TCP because it’s my strongest area as I work in tax and most doable during my busier time at work. I work 30-40 hours a week during non busy season and 40-50 hours a week during busy season. No kids, one dog.

You can definitely do it… I am at the end of my CPA journey (one exam left) and I’ve been working crazy hours.

Pro-tip: do your studying in the morning. 2 hours every morning during weekdays and 2-6 hours during weekends will be enough.

Do you have Becker by chance? Becker has added a calendar tool that helps you plan out based on what study material you plan to cover, how many hours per week you plan to study, how fast you plan to get through videos and accounts for any days off you plan to take from studying.
Otherwise, I think as long as you're disciplined and don't procrastinate as you start studying and continue to review the older material as you move forward you should be fine. It's just so easy to get bored of the first couple of topics as they are the basics but usually the sections get more complicated or have nuances as you continue through.

I’m in FDD… I know I signed up for this but there’s something about the anxiety that comes on a Friday knowing that we still didn’t get access to VDR .. and how that anxiety grows as you enter the long weekend knowing that access can happen at any minute (or not) and you have to tippy-toe on the idea of potentially cancelling on your memorial weekend plans. I know the unpredictability of our job but phew 😮‍💨

Makes me wonder if companies are really enjoying so called great resignation period. What's the thought ?

New York folks:
Are you aware of the CPA exam credit extension to 2021 for NY CPA candidates impacted by COVID19? It’s on a person-by-person basis and you need to request the extension. Has anyone tried doing this yet? Can anyone shine more light on this? The extension would really help me, but I’m not sure what more to tell them in my email than the fact that I couldn’t sit for the exams this Spring/Summer due to test centers closing in NYC.
