Micromanagement is rampant, with little trust in employees. Upper management lacks basic Marketing knowledge but still interferes constantly. They're either uninformed or simply don’t care. Unprofessional behavior is the norm—expect calls without context, even during your leave. Communication is disorganized, feedback is ignored, and there's no room for growth. Overall, a toxic work environment that stifles productivity and morale.

2nd year insurance defence associate wanting to transition out. Have considered doing different areas of litigation, but would ideally like to move to in-house work.
