How to get a product manager role with no technical background? My training and experience are in Finance/corporate strategy. I have been working in the technology business operation field for 4 years now(another 6 years in pure Finance). Since I graduated from CSUN, I’ve been trying to find a job. It was hard finding a entry job software engineering job that requires few years of experience. As a deaf person, many obstacles in my path that I fought so hard to get past them. For instance, they tried to call my videophone, which has an American Sign Language interpreter to pass messages through a webcam and phone call, and thought it was not me. I maybe lose a lot of chances. I wish everything was more easier.
