During interview rounds I was told that it is for my base location but in the offer letter they have given a separate joining location. Recruiter neither picking up phone nor replying on email. I am not sure whether to accept or reject the offer. Other wise it will lapse. Anybody faced similar situation? Any help on the process

Now HR called and was asking aren't you interested in the offer , HR said that client tried to contact you but you werent responding.
But I didnt receive any call from anyone ..
What is this client call ?
Is the process normal ?
Like I have heard the client calls would be after joining the organization .

I have got an offer from Accenture and the fixed amount is 16lac and the only deduction they said will happen is PF from this 16 lac and it seems I need to bifurcate the split ups for the basic HRA and other allowance during the onboarding time.
