During Last year for whole year my team had 3 consultant's including me and 1 manager working as our lead for all teams, I lead my team of data engg and got 2 appreciation from client and 3 from manager for my individual work. my team mates got none.
Now that project had issues in the end as client wasn't able to provide us things we needed to develop and project got dropped this april.
My team mates got 10.5k and 9k salary hike and I got 3k Hike.
Can someone help me understand this

My partner and I bought our home back in 2020. We got a good deal, low rate. But we want to move into a more spacious SFH. However, as we all know this market is crazy.
