I took an internship during my MBA this summer and stepped in for a PM going on maternity leave. It was my first PM role. In 7 months, I managed a backend rearchitect, our move to AWS, our move away from GBQ and launched 3 new features. Just imagine… during my first week I was just a MechEngr asking what an API was and how they work lol. I’m extremely proud of myself!
I joined a small startup earlier this year as a PO.
My manager left after 2months and I had to lead a small product & dev team to complete a re-haul of our system architecture + 2 website re-design within 5 months
Lots of sleepless nights but I don’t think I could’ve learned that much anywhere else.
Unfortunately I had to leave the company as they were hesitant to promote me even though my scope increased exponentially
I left a company after 15 years, completely armed with imposter syndrome, off to a different world and am doing fabulous
I started working again after being a stay-at-home mom for over 13 years!
I hope you are enjoying it and having fun!
I finally took that leap of faith and found a new job that I absolutely love. I tend to be a creature of habit, so change can be downright crippling to me, but when I finally push myself out of my comfort zone, the outcome is amazing. Hoping 2023 will be a year of even more personal and professional growth.
This very job is my achievement/success story for this year. I've been job hunting for 5 months nonstop. Now I think I found the perfect job I always needed. Salary is great, benefits are amazing.
I finally gathered enough courage to ask for a long overdue raise and I got approved for more than I was expecting! I feelclike all of my hard work has finally paid off.

So happy to read all your successes! I moved onto a new company in an unplanned move as I also moved cross country. So I’ve both ramped up at my new company and moved cross country in the last six months and have a few big wins at the company already. There’s a reorg where I’ll be taking on broader scope so am excited to show more wins in a more settled place 🤞.
Got my Masters degree in Data Analytics. Helps me feel so much more confident in working with at my CVML company.
