Hi, Is it good to join Salesforce for Technical Consultant role (YOE - 3.2 years) ?
I checked with few of my connections, they saying I will be mostly allocated to Salesforce industries (Vlocity) project. Please suggest about the team structure and work life balance for this role.
and also in future, is it possible to apply for IJP in Salesforce ?
Please provide your thoughts on this.
Thanks

Just explain them why that would help. Maybe also add that they can order them by priority.
The "stream of consciousness" method of distributing information and direction is always mildly frustrating. It means your tech lead needs to develop their leadership skills, by properly organizing thoughts for distribution and sharing prioritization, so the team can take it from there and do their own jobs.
It shouldn't be a burden to ask the tech lead for an organized meeting and discussion about everything.
Of course. Probably various software at your firm to do this. Another pro is, if you have an official intake process over tickets, Sims, asana etc., people have to write it properly. Like why, what, benefits...
I don't think it is rude at all! If anything it will streamline the process and make it better for everyone involved. Sounds like a good way to make things more efficient.
This person is an external processor. I understand (I am this person also). Having specific times to share this stuff out is helpful. But also having shared documents to track it is good too. Mural is great for brainstorming, and you can of course flip it into JIRA tickets, make confluence pages, etc whatever you’re using.
Why do they have your number?
I do this :( mostly it’s because I talk narratively and each bubble is a statement. I have had people tell me before- hey- can you write in one big text instead of a bunch of little ones? And I have never been offended.
But they have also not asked for a document.
Only ask for a document if the information would be genuinely considered. And perhaps start with- I really like your idea. Part of getting this idea heard is to put in into a report/document. Have you written one before? Would a template or example help you??
Not at all! Just explain that you'd like to gather their ideas so it would help if it's in a document (google docs?) since you wouldn't miss out on anything.
