Every day at about this time of day, the work frenzy is slightly calmer, and I'm busy fighting sleep. Literally same time every day - 2:30 PM. What could it be? Coffee isn't helping, and I try not to do caffeine approaching 3 PM cuz then I'm too wired to sleep by 10 PM. If anyone else faced this problem and found a solution or even a possible cause for this, please share with me!

I have the perfect blog post for you. And you've posted just in time because this is exactly what I needed help with a couple of days ago - https://www.calm.com/blog/afternoon-slump

You need a better why

Why are you working? Why are you at that job? Why are you living where you live? Why are your dependents important to you? Why is he position important?

When you have the desire to fight every urge in the day other than successfully succeed you’re doing the right thing.

how's the area around Manesar toll plaza. I see there are multiple societies available in that area including emaar palm, vatika, dlf, etc. Just wanted to get an idea on how's the area and how much property appreciation you guys expect in that area for in next 5 years?

I have an offer for a company abroad. Originally they wanted me to fly out and start the day after Thanksgiving (not celebrated in their country), but because of the holidays I suggested starting in either December or January with the ability to take some holiday days in December to fly back home for Christmas. They then proposed starting out remotely “as soon as possible” in the US as a contractor and then moving abroad to start full time abroad. (Cont)

Outside counsel has been prepping company witnesses for a trial in August. It is my subject area so I am supervising outside counsel. I did not, however, choose the counsel. He is doing a really awful job. Co counsel is better, but not great either. Higher ups love the firm… I do not want to micromanage, but I have genuine concerns about outside counsel’s ability to try this case. Trials are rare, and I just don’t think these guys have actually tried many cases. Cont. below…
