Every year, we had to go through reorganization followed by big layoffs. The culture is very toxic, with managers showing clear favouritism to one person. To be specific, I am in Chatbot Team under PLT, and there is one manager, Vinay J, who does lot of politics just to survive. He has one sidekick, Srinidhi, in the team, and all the credit goes to him while others are always blamed. Until they both are removed from the company, the toxic culture will continue to destroy the team.
