Switch to casein and do it consistently
I always dismissed casein, but will look into given my current schedule
Make sure you consume something after your workout because your body will need some fuel to recover. If you are trying to lose weight, working out and then starving is not how to do that. It doesn’t have to be a protein shake.
Should be fine since it’s protein and needed for muscle recovery
Lifting or cardio? Want to increase muscle along with some fat loss?
Don't skip the protein then. If you don't want the shake every time, or need some variety, have some turkey slices, has protein and tryptophan which could help with sleep.
