Exactly 1.5 years back I joined Ford..

As a part of enquiry before joining, I went thru many posts like "Not time to join Ford".. "Ford is a sinking ship" etc.. But, I joined 😎. 2024 was very disappointing - 69/100..

But, this time, Q1 is On plan. Q2, Q3, Q4 all above plan.. 😎🔥

We can definitely expect 110% of BPF this time although there was supplier fire mishap..

So, "FORD IS BACK TO FORM" guys ?
