Please help chose between PwC India and Deloitte USI. Both almost offering similar CTC but PwC location is Kolkata whereas Deloitte location is Bangalore.

Working as CAL Manager with Accenture S&C India. Offered ~GBP 76.5K (fixed plus flexi) at Manager Grade by Deloitte London.

Prior to Accenture, I have already served as S&O Manager with Deloitte India for ~1.5 yrs - so this would be my second stint with Deloitte as Manager "again".

2 questions:
1. Should I ask for Senior Mgr (AD) grade - to which they have already said NO
2. Is GBP 76.5K sitting at the lower end of M grade in Deloitte UK? What should be a good expectation for the role

I keep selling stocks and taking loses buying other stock hoping it will recover but never did and sell again taking loses and buy again. It now sink in to me. Would love to see a story on how much Activision CEO Bobby Kotick, 59,has made since he and partners bought Activision out of bankruptcy in 1991 for $400k. He now owns 0.53% so at $95 a share that Microsoft is paying, that alone is $400 mil. But in 2020 alone his pay package was valued at 154 million (some of this is overlapping in his stake)!! Would be fun media story to add up his 1991-2022 comp to the $400 mil to see his total return from what was a fraction of $400k investment 30 years ago.
