I may beg to differ from N1. I’ve personally groomed, assisted, supported and encouraged associate analysts who joined my team at most of the aspects of their career journey. Obviously, spoon-feeding is something I totally abhor, but I do help them when they’re absolutely stuck at something. Collaboration in general is good but again, there is always one or the other experience that goes wrong.
You have all my respect 🤩.. yeah! People do differ!
Specific to Conext
The culture here is that , they direct you to the kitchen. You go in find ingredients and make your own food.
New joiner are not that helped in Onboarding coz peers are too busy delivering projects.
Also due to WFH , there is hardly communication within teams.
What’s your experience?
There are few people who will actually help you onboard or support you in grooming. Maybe 5-10% or even less. You need to be very lucky for the same. Else I will align myself with N1 as mostly that is the scenario in Novartis
