I have spent good amount of time here and will tell you the reality, Lilly usa leadership is responsible for all these nonsense, Indian leaders are puppet like any other service org, There is no urgency, but it's a leadership made urgency.....if the VP/sr director from usa comes and checks the jira board for a near about trillion dollar company, I can't call that Org a efficient rather a micro one...They are assigning 4-5 projects even, it needs no explanation why unhealthy.....I am leaving the company for same reason, I am evident and at the same time don't wish so, that the employees pushing themselves to meet the org expectation, have high chance of losing their good health, and happy seeing many people(FTE+CONTRACT) are leaving the org without offer letter bcz at current situation its better to be jobless than being in Lilly, my words might not satisfy all, but can't help....Ironically, it's is certified as Great place to work, it was back few years indeed!....Its a heaven for the Ads and senior M, and even senior politicians for obvious reasons. Time to take your decision!

I’ve noticed that the workload has drastically increased over the past few months, and it’s becoming hard to keep up. I genuinely enjoy the work and want to contribute meaningfully, but the current pace is taking a toll.
Is anyone else experiencing this? How are you all managing your workload and maintaining a healthy work-life balance? Would really appreciate any advice or thoughts on how to navigate this.
