A bunch of AAA titles are better with mouse and keyboard...
You need to be clear with the type of game you like to play. 'Kill troll with sword' is probably not a command I want to type out on a PS5 remote... nor do I need the graphics of a gaming PC for that particular title.
Games that play better with or have the option of MODs are advisable, as well as those with a bunch of expansions. Personally here's my list of games that may or may not be in your catalog:
1. Baldur's Gate - options and mods
2. Mech Warrior 5 - lots of commands and buttons for simulators
3. Stanfield - options and mods
4. Valheim - because it is amazing and mods
5. Enshrouded - because the building is awesome on PC and I could beta it on PC
6. A game that I beta'ed recently that has amazing survival play and may get GOTY for 2024 and no, I can't say what it is... just wow was it amazing.
7. Rimworld - because mods and the game will have you with massive save files and really scratch that consulting flexible morals itch
8. Any mmorpg with mechanics
What are you into?
I’m personally on a mount and blade binge.
Apex, warzone for BR shooters.
BF/BattleBit, halo, COD for big shooters.
Wow is still king but a lot of friends like final fantasy
Company of heroes is still fun(shout out dawn of war 2) but rts isn’t really my thing.
Cities:skylines is cool for sims
Steam is doing a winter sale so definitely check that out! Also game pass for like 6 bucks has saved me probably hundreds of dollars and covers a handful of the games above
Was going to suggest cities skylines 2, there was a lot of news about bugs and all that during release, I gave it a few weeks and played it for a few days last week and the game is beautiful.

You just built a spaceship computer and don't want to use it for the stuff that needs a spaceship computer to look its best. I suggest you give those AAA titles a shot at max settings 😉
Idk, maybe I'll keep a lookout for them going forward - I already have most for ps5 though. Stuff like starfield I can see being goot for pc since m&k is doable, and I definitely should have gotten BG3 for it but I didn't know how as gonna build a pc yet then. But I just bought lies of P for my ps5 instead of pc since I feel like souls likes definely are something I'd want to play on a couch vs in a computer chair
Baldurs gate 3
Starfield
Cities skylines 2
Yeah once you try shooters on PC… you can’t go back
Idk, aim assist on cod is pretty lit and the lobby matches you with other controller players when you play solo so it hasn't been an issue. For sniping I'm definitely at a disadvantage but quick flick smg/rifle action I seem to win out when playing in mixed lobbies w/ friends. The main issue is I cannot for the life of me wrap my head around jumping and ducking with keyboard keys so I end up being overly static vs my gamepad muscle memory
