I usually play ranked (high gold right now) but it's fun to just play quick play with a group. Anyone want to play?

P1 - it's a pretty different game, character based shooter versus straight FPS where everyone is pretty much the same. It's a lot more team dependent. But it's a lot of fun and the matches are short.

Hello, I was wondering about which companies usually hire for entry level ServiceNow role?

I’m currently doing large scale Oracle ERP implementation and I am having difficulty finding companies that hire entry level roles. I switch fields recently so I only have around 9 months of experience and I find that most ServiceNow position requires 2+year in ServiceNow :/

Background - I recently got the Certified System Administrator for SNow, PMP and CSM

Am currently offered with 19 LPA fixed and 10% for 6 YOE, joining on Monday.
PWC is offering same with 2 lakh JB and 20% variable...but PWC offer is not released yet...how can I negotiate with EY without offer...just want same compensation as PWC with JB is enough? Will EY ask for offer letter if I ask to match PWC offer?
