Just to be in a proper position to negotiate/expect, how much can I make with 1.8 YOE in the current market for a full stack developer. Excluding the likes of MAANG or alike paying companies. What is the ideal salary and the max I can make at this YOE. Please someone reply to this , it will be helpful for me.

So, a recruiter gave me feedback that my lack SPHR or SHRM-SCP is causing my resume to be knock out by AI and human recruiters despite my position and work history in Multinationals and being in Technology. They suggested that we put SPHR ( Lapsed). I let it lapse in 2017. What is your opinion? Plus if I were to take another certification - should I take SPHR or SHRM-SCP?

Any ideas on organizing data when creating a talent profile? We are currently creating individual talent profiles( time with company, prior roles, prior performance ratings etc) for internal candidates as a part of a PowerPoint slide for review of upcoming positions. Would a side by side talent profile be better than an individual slide for each candidate
