I think a side by side talent profile would be way better but I would be REALLY careful on how you share that info and who sees what. I would personally do it as a shared-screen meeting rather than letting people get the docs
Will all personnel have access to this or just HR? I was thinking that a side by side might offend some people if their performance is more poor in comparison. Guess it depends on who's eyes are on what.
I would start with years in the industry. Secondly, I would add the years at the company and finally add the current and past projects.
It should be brief and contains only the important information. I'd say their years of experience in the industry, and their notable accomplishments (prior and present).
I agree with the comments above. I would also think that comparing side by side profiles would be the vet way to do it. But like HRBP said above, be careful how you share the info.
