Any suggestions on these companies?
I'm leaning towards AXA given its brand name. Will probably ask them with a counter. Else wouldn't make sense to move to Pune.

I've recieved an offer from Morgan Stanley, my previous salary was around 6 Lpa and last offered was around 15 Lpa (WFH), I quoted 40 to 45% on top of that around 22 Lpa considering Mumbai location, WFO and Glassdoor pay range.
