For a 500k wearable tech startup that could go into the millions is it better for us to be looking at PE or VC firms?

How do I easily find any cells that are hard coded vs formula? I have 10,000 rows of data and column F is supposed to be a formula based on columns C and D, without clicking into all 10k cells in column F how can I make sure formulas are there and not accidentally hand keyed over?

As part of the process they will send me some real pitch decks and I will need to do 1-pager investment thesis for each one. I have never done that in the past. Can you please guide me?
