Main things you want to address in 1 pager. Can be a headline with bullets under each. Most formats you find will follow something similar to below.
- Company Overview: highlight the industry, problem, and solution they’re selling. Outline why their market exists. Mention founder, their background.
- Product: what is it they’re selling? How does it work? What specifically does it solve? What’s the GTM?
- Market: what’s the end market? How big is it? Is it growing?
- Competition: how saturated is the market? Are they best in class? How do they compete?
- Team: who’s building the product? Have they been successful before? What are their qualifications?
- strengths / risks: what are the key strengths/value prop? What are risks?
Recommendation: would you invest based on above factors? Why or why not?
