You’ve already done what you needed to, and if you didn’t lie or exaggerate yourself, then they know what they’re getting into.
Don’t forget, part of the job is training. They know they need to train you, so don’t stress when you show up and the first two weeks or two months you feel like you haven’t added a ton of value. Probably takes like 90 days (at minimum, sometimes 6 months) to feel like you’re really hitting your stride.

As someone who hires, I see a lot of desperation out there. That's why you're seeing people overpaying. I also see people can't do as good of a job interviewing and vetting virtually. You need to trust your gut on if you can do it. Talk to people you know and tell them the situation and have them help you with setting your gut appropriately.
