I love watching users go from lurkers to enthusiastic active participants. What do you find the most rewarding part of being a community manager?

Honestly, I just love talking to people and giving them a positive interaction

Seeing the community grow and become increasingly active is so rewarding!!

My favorite part of the job is organizing special events, creating hype, and having people participate in them

For me, the most rewarding part of being a community manager is seeing users become more engaged and active in the community. It's great when they start sharing their own content, helping others, and becoming more vocal members of the community.

The most rewarding part of being a community manager is seeing the community come together and helping each other. It's great to see people helping each other out, sharing information, and being friendly.

I love when genuine connections are made through the community. A few members recently had a meetup and I find it so exciting that we are a part of building these connections.

Hi fishes,

I just got an offer from Morgan Stanley. The offer is indeed handsome and provides other benefits as well. The problem is I just relocated to Pune for my wife's work, we have set up our house here and now if I accept offer I again have to relocate to Bangalore because they aren't offering WFH. What should I do? I know Morgan Stanley is a very reputed firm and might make an enormous impact in my technical growth, but is it worth taking the pain of relocation again?? I am confused.
