For the senior consultants transitioning back into industry, what level roles are you going after? Manager, Senior Manager, Director? I’m a senior consultant 5 years industry experience, 3.5 years consulting ( Ops and Strategy at Slalom). I feel like before 2025 I could have easily transitioned to a director role upon exit, but those opportunities are few now. What level roles are you exiting to?
