Bain & Company Hello, I received an offer as a Senior Practice Manager at Bain. The profit sharing range is 0-12% in the offer letter. Is it typical to receive the midpoint (6%)? Also, what do the annual salary increases typically look like? Any insights are much appreciated. Bain & Company Boston Consulting Group McKinsey & Company

At 59.5 years old and 6 months out of work with no unemployment, I raided my 401K.
I also work search at least 2 hours every day... YES, 7 days a week. And my side hustle is sewing. I make baby blankets, children's clothes and other stuff for sale, since I have been sewing for 50 years.
What helps financially is that my husband is working, and both cars are paid off.
I'm dashing as well. Cannot believe this is where I'm at in life. But gotta do what you gotta do I guess...
We all have to do what we have to do. Seems like we don’t have a lot of choices
I recently moved back in with my parents. Not exactly where I expected to be at 34 years old, but I'm lucky they are able to help me out because the alternative would be not having a place to live. I managed to find a part time retail job, but it's not enough to be independent on.
I think they are on edd
I have been ubering and doordashing to make ends meet. Not going to lie things are really rough. I am hoping I can land a full time role soon.
