For those who did I485 with EY, do you get to review the completed docs before they file?

I am currently an apprentice in a program that is data analytics focused through which I have completed certifications in Google Data Analytics and Google Analytics. Recently was let go from the firm - if I start filing change of status to from h1b to b2 and later on find a new employer who is willing to sponsor, do I need to leave the country while the new h1b is in process?

H1B for Brazilians is capped to 2 years due to reciprocity. Does that mean we get another renewal chance or are we only up for 4 years total?

Started the internal GC process in October 2018. Today I-485 status changed to "we ordered your new card." My jail free card is finally on the way I guess. Hope everyone with pending I-485 gets your GC soon!
