Globant India Pvt. Ltd. Hi Globers ! I have an offer from Globant for the role of a BA. While discussing the role with HR pre and post the interviews & offer, I had specifically ask the HR to tag me to Ahmedabad location as that's my hometown and I do not wish to relocate. But she has rolled out the offer for Pune location ane verbally ( isn't giving me in writing ) assured me that the location will be flexible. May I know from the fellow Globers if we have location flexibility or WFH option available? Globant India Pv

Money. It’ll be time for a change when someone offers me more money

It’s my 10 year anniversary. It starts with a great team. My growth is supported. Ex: I got my MBA through tuition reimbursement. (You have to stay a year minimum after graduating or pay it back. That keeps you around too😃). Overall, I feel challenged everyday.
I get paid well, and I don’t have to work that hard most of the time. Also, I get off for 2 weeks at the end of this month. When any of those first two things change, that’s when I’ll consider a change.
I've stayed in the same organization partly because it's comfortable, but also because I do genuinely like the work and the team I'm working with. I'm not sure that making a move would really be worth it. Even if I could get more compensation, I'd be jumping into some unknown circumstances. I learned early in my career that the grass is not always greener somewhere else.

For me, it’s primarily the job market. I have decent flexibility at my current role and a fine salary. I do know it’s time for a new job either when I feel stagnant and I don’t see room for growth anymore!
Or if I just deeply hate my job and coworkers haha
