Don’t listen to your Dad - continue to stay, grow, learn, and at least hit the one year mark so your CV has credibility. You’re young still, the money will compound in due course.

3K for a newly minted grad in marketing is market rate. Be a sponge and learn everything can for this first year and build your portfolio — it will pay off with more money and responsibility. I’m sure your dad is well-meaning but unless he’s a retired marketing whiz, he needs to let you live your own life.
Stay for a year and switch.

2. is this an agency/SME you’re in? 3k sounds like it is below market rate for undergrad, though it depends if you’re open to comms sharing etc
if not, general advice is stay for a maximum of 1 year while keeping your options open and take your UIUX courses on the side if possible
I got my business degree from SMU. Yep the pay is definitely way below average for an SMU graduate (that's if the employment survey is even remotely accurate), and slightly below market rate in the industry. It's an SME but has various offices in S.E.A and India. For an account executive, I guess 3-3.3k is the norm. Not great but at least I get paid something
