McKinsey & Company I received an offer from McKinsey & Company in 2021 and I’ll be starting later this year after graduation. Obviously because of the pandemic, inflation is slowly trending upwards. That sounds about right for starting salary
Yes, I think that is a fair and competitive place to start. Keep in mind, they are starting you there to allow for them to increase your pay as an incentive over time and years of service. Also, don’t forget to factor in the benefits they may be offering you in addition to salary, as to buy those on the open market would be very costly.

Hmm, my area’s score is 202 and I make $85k with a LMSW, so I would say you are in range :)
