Hi all, does anyone know of any recruiters or hiring managers that work in Affirm Inc. I've been applying for a couple of jobs with them . The role I have applied for I know lam a extraordinary fit for
100% and can help the company/ department succeed. I have a good deal of experience with this role and would love to talk to a recruiter or a hiring manager more about this. If anyone
could reach out to me if you have any information on that I would greatly appreciate it.
Can I get some likes please

When you do have to deal with him, be absolutely professional. You don't need to be friendly, just minimally polite. Double-check any work you do that's connected with him so the company has zero work performance excuses for any kind of retaliation.
As others say, don't be alone with him, but go further than that. Don't look for ways to be offended, but if he does or says anything rude or inappropriate, keep a log of exactly what happened, including the date and time. If he chooses to make things hostile, email a copy of your log to your manager and cc HR on the email (if you really want to be smart, send a bcc to your home email so you have a record outside of the workplace).
Retaliation may be illegal, but it's not uncommon. Keeping exact logs of all problems is your best defense.
I am not sure what the laws are in the UK, but I would make sure to never be alone with him. That way if something does happen again, there are witnesses. Chances are if he has done it once he will do it again.
It also sounds like your manager has your back. Voice your concerns and a solution to them.

I agree, never be alone with the. Also if you need to speak to them about projects, do it all in email so there is a record and trail of every interaction you have. If there is a hint of continued harassment or retaliation, go back to HR immediately.
