I have “sit in the teachers chair” as a reward and my students go CRAZY trying to be the one to earn it. I also have bonus tech time, gonoodle picker for the day, shoes off in the classroom, flashlight Friday (whole class incentive, we turn off the lights, put a fireplace vid on the smart board and do independent reading by flashlight), or hat day. In my stash for when they get sick of this is a special supply tub (smelly markers, cool pencils, etc), hat day, and board game time. My kids also love the target erasers, so they’ll work to keep one of those.
My mentor teacher used most of them, so I’ve just borrowed them! Hopefully they work well for your kiddos too 😊

Stickers works pretty well for my littles. Especially if you keep ones of the usual favorites: dinosaurs, vehicles, frozen, paw patrol, animals, letters and numbers
