To those at V25 firms, how do you view your London office in terms of the quality of work we get and overall importance to the firm? Like is there a perception of us being a step down or ancillary to the big leagues of NYC or not? There’s generally a perception here that L&W and K&E are the only US firms where London can even begin to compete with stateside in terms of generating l work organically but would be interesting to know what you all think? I mean what is the time of the year where requirements in most of the companies are at pick?

Like in Dec and March you will see less requirement due to Christmas and financial year ending. Similar what is the best period?

Because in my previous switch, 15 days were wasted due to Christmas and in March lot of requirements went on hold due to financial year ending.

Looking to get into photography and want to splurge on my first non phone / non point and shoot camera. I’m trying to decide between the Nikon Z50 and the Canon EOS RP. I will mostly use it for landscape, and then family friends pets in casual settings. I’m hoping to find a camera I can learn on and grow into. I don’t expect lens selection to be a major factor for me as I doubt I will carry multiple lenses - probably just one at a time. Any advice?
