Need advice. I’m a super senior content EP at a well known agency in the U.S., where I’ve been for quite some time. Checked out http://Glassdoor.com, and I make at the high end of the ranges for similar agencies. In the past year I’ve also taken on additional responsibilities (outside of traditional EP duties) that have doubled my workload and raised my profile quite a bit. How should I go about brining up a sizable salary bump (some creatives and even planning peeps earn more with much less responsibility)?
What would you choose & why?

I’m surprised. I thought Gartner was up there reputationally.
Every hype curve and quad chart is out of date the minute it’s posted, but also follow the money.
Gartner runs a proprietary content syndication platform. It's a PM job, just not a sexy one

The high paying roles are in sales / delivery. Everything else supports sales and the salary reflects that
Was in consulting there. After the year they’ve had with report and waves of cuts, and Gene’s inability to properly answer stakeholders on AI, would shy away for a while. And to other comments, they’ve never paid a good rate in comparison to others/level.
Can confirm, salary levels are generally below most other firms

Are they looking for Product Managers fresh out of undergrad? Not bad salary for a 21 y/o with no experience. Bad for literally anyone else though.
