Idleness is great. Save some of that 7 figures and get to it man
I agree with OP. Not a partner yet but have seen a lot of them saying the same thing. Money aside work and life doesn't get better. You have more stress and pressure than before. Might get fancier stuff but will never have time and energy to enjoy those.
10 bucks OP is a new hire
I think I pulled a muscle in my eye socket rolling my eyes at you complaining about winning work and wanting a raise in your 7-fig salary. Hope things improve for you.
This smells more like a summer intern than a new hire.
Oh perfect, OP - 7 figs. Please explain again how things don't get any better?
Because after a while it's only a number - that you will spend buying things that you don't need - and then you will want a raise - more to life than moolah son
No - kicked PWC's ass in the Orals and won - unfortunately have to do the work now - wish had lost
1. Being Dope 2. Kicking ass
What happened EY? Sow fell through? Lost in orals?
@ey2 It's actually 7 figure - @pwc1- your question does not tickle my interest
@EY3 10 bucks OP is a SM who got passed over for partner this year and is making all this up
Sure glad I don't have to work with OP. Major douche alert. Hopefully for all the EYs here not representative of the firm culture...
Since you can't service yourself OP, that's why y'all have associates 😈.....on a serious note though how much wine and/or alcohol have you had tonight? Haha
I would have been happier pursing idleness as a full time profession - work is over rated.
Oh only if you poor souls knew :-)
Nah man. Honestly it's pretty cool. Nobody is stuck up, everybody I've met is super down to earth...I was really surprised tbh
While I have your attention, what are EY's specialties?
Haha. Made me laugh at least.
Haha..you should have quit after making a few million..and use the capital for venture capitalism and social service.
OP sounds like a d bag
