Varies wildly. Best indicators I’ve seen are (1) company size, and (2) speed of process to date. Big company/slow process = week or even two could be normal, small company/fast process = few days. Generally speaking. No real way to make rules for this.

It also depends on how urgent the hire is. The more the hiring manager pushes the recruiter, the faster the offer's out.
