Hello! SLP here. Does anyone else work in a “per session” pay structure? Basically, I’m only paid for productive time with clients that pay accounts for the charting required for the session. How should meetings be factored into pay and responsibilities outside of my clinical role? My boss has been asking me to do many things outside of my job description and I’m only paid for productive time.

How much time does a recruiter take to process and share offer letter?

My interviews went really well and Management were so impressed that they wanted me onboard ASAP. And got information from HR that they were proceeding to share me offer. It has been 3 weeks now since me waiting for it. The company is good hence have kept other offers on hold.
Whenever i reach HR she mentions everything is positive but reasons which she gives appear vague to me.
