I was referred by a VP at genpact for a role of AVP for Retail Transformation role. There were 2 rounds of interviews, one on 16th jan and with SVP on 19th jan. Both the rounds very positive. Later I never got a feedback from anyone. Last friday the HR reached out asking for my CTC and all and the again complete silence.

What is happening? There is complete role fit, what kind of offer should I expect? CCTC-18lpa.

I am really confused.

Why would a luxury watch brand make/sell connected or smart watches? What is the business reason for it? To me it just kills the brand value. For instance I was a big fan of Montblanc but after I see their smart watch line up I instantly devalued the brand in general. Same for Tag (tag is questionable anyways), or Breitling. I just received an offer from CTS -16.45LPA
16 - Fixed & 45k variable component with 1Lakh joining bonus. I'm having 5.8 YOE working as Senior ACon with current CTC - 11lpa
I have cleared 2nd round(managerial) with TCS direct project recruitment and waiting for salary negotiation. I'm confused whether to join TCS now itself (which might be too soon to settle down) or go for CTS for next 2 years. Please suggest me. My priorities are Steady growth, Work life balance, Job security.

Urgently need advise. I have an oral offer from a company. After I negotiated for salary , they told that we have decided to drop your candidature. Then I requested I am okay with the offered salay and can join immediately. She told me to write over mail to her & her manager. I did that.
