It’s funny that there are now luxury apartments here. I’ve seen a lot being built around Central Park. Durham, not NYC lol. My thought is, walk around and see where you’d like to be. What would you want to see out your window or walk to in the morning? Also, learn the history, culture, music that started here. Keep Durham Dirty. 💜

liberty warehouse is right downtown by Central Park. it’s pretty nice. they are building out a place called the Vega. Might be condos but it’s the only new construction I’ve seen that is built with decent materials and not ticky tacky plywood.
