now if u join on contract basis and later if they make u permanent then u hvae to follow same procedure like interview and 6 months notice period etc and also confirms that will u get hike if u do contract basis bcz in my team tey said contract people wont get any hikes... so better join only if u have permanent offer letter.. i heard this thing's from my colleague she is also working on a contract basis..

Tip for anyone taking the CAIA exam, get UpperMark. Was using willey and was abt 1/2 complete and borrowed a friends test bank … night and day much harder and honestly was more like what I expected

Has anyone been successful in negotiating the schedule on a global pregnancy bill? My provider won't bill by visit and split the global cost into four payments all due by the 28th week. I don't understand how that's legal since it is so off the calendar of services and crosses calendar years (and insurance coverage), where most costs are incurred at the end of pregnancy with increased visit frequency and delivery.
