I’ve noticed that HR, when explaining why a candidate didn’t get the job, tend to lean on “You’re great, but we had candidates with more experience in [skill relevant to the job].” I do believe this is true in some cases, but it can’t possibly be for all of them.

600sqft 1 bedroom in kips bay, $1800 (walk-up, no laundry in building, no doorman) for year lease

Would be moving from 6th floor walk up $1400 month to month in prime LES with two roommates(not my best friends but nice).

Anyone here moved to Edgewater. I am getting a terrific deal and I am very seriously contemplating the move mostly for money saving reason with a lot of upcoming personal expenses. JC has become quite pricey too with no good one bedroom under 3k.
