Got an Offer from IBM I am having 90days notice period but they release offer to join within 15 days.

I discussed with HR They said depends on my Last working day will change that.

In offer they mentioned if joining date need to change inform Hr before 5 working days,

My current organisation not yet confirmed my last working day I just send a resignation mail and requested last working day.

So in IBM will they consider changeing DOJ even 3 days or 4 days before DOJ

So I joined IBM 5 months back, was on bench for this long and got project just a week back.

My PSP and People Manager have been kind of lenient, cooperative and kind to me because I was never told I will be put in PIP, I have to enter project not matching my skillset etc etc.
