Bad WLB and work culture in my team at Wells, age old tech stack, tedious process, no respect for devs even for leads, politics, no recognition, tight deadlines, spill over of a user story is a crime here. Shift time they said as 12 to 9 PM but daily we have calls till 11 PM due to day light saving and previously till 10 PM we used work and mostly there will be calls with US team from 7 to 11 PM, most of them are useless calls
This sounds so unlike a product based company :(
Annual hiles are 10%
If you take out benefits like health care and leave policy... a good service better would be far better than this WF
FYI variable is payable only for the first year. From second year, it's a bonus that u get based on performance
Wells Fargo is continously firing peoples....
And stopped shift allowance and Broadlband reimbursement as well.
All should think before join ...
Work from home culture is an end of era.
Coming to office 3 days should not be a reason to not join the company.
Yeah work life balance is better in WF.
IMO there should be a balance between wfh and wfo. I believe co-location (wfo) should be flexible and more control should be given to us (employees) to choose when to come to office.
FYI, I did not accept the offer and stayed with Deloitte. I am happy with my decision.
