Got an offer from Wells Fargo 35 LPA fixed + 3 Lakh variable. Skillset AI/ML with 7 YoE. Current CTC in Deloitte 28LPA fixed + variable. If I choose to switch then have to move to Bangalore from Gurgaon and Wells Fargo has 3 days a week mandatory work from office with timings as 12pm-9pm.
Is it worth switching? What’s your thought? What’s the average annual hike in Wells Fargo?
