Guys there’s this boot camp that I came across that trains people to get jobs in Top consulting firms and has a fee plan wherein you pay once you get placed. I just wanted to know if someone here has any experience with this ?

McKinsey & Company Hey folks!
Was wondering what sort of life sciences projects does usually the Boston Consulting Group and McKinsey & Company take on?
Commercial, access and pricing, M&A, transformation, implementation? (all of them perhaps?)
Basically, what would someone with an LS background be mainly working on in these firms on a day-to-day basis?
Thanks!
Frustrated by paying so much tax!
Anyone joined NatWest recently..?

OP, I think the current job market is part of your issue. Once things get better, you’ll have more options. If you really don’t think accounting is for you, some accountants transition to fp&a.
I pivoted from Deloitte into operations at a fintech company. It wasn’t the right move for me personally so I’m going back to accounting but for someone who likes constant changes, every day different than the next, working on process improvements then it would be a good fit.
Fund admin operations. The group I was in at Deloitte did have some variety but it wasn’t different daily. The projects were generally several months long.
Accountants who understand what stakeholders want can pivot into IT roles where software implementation for FP&A, Accounting, knowledge is so needed.
Interesting. I relate to you.
