Hi everyone, any reviews on the TheraFace PRO?
I've been interviewing with some companies, and now I have to decide between JPMorgan Chase and Globant.
Globant is more innovative, and has remote work. I will enter to work with a Sillicon Valley startup based in San Francisco. The tech stack is React, Nextjs, AWS, and a serverless architecture.
JPM is semi remote, and less innovative. The tech stack Java, SpringBoot and AWS. But I'd do more migration tasks, like dockerize projects and pass them to kubernetes. What would you choose?

I think compensation and benefits will be the same. The work life balance will be highly dependent on many factors so just assume it'll be the same. So basically the main difference between the two is whether you will prefer to work with larger clients or smaller clients.
For what it's worth I interviewed with a a smaller firm (BKD) and their comp came in lower than Deloitte's. Also, they don't give annual bonuses to senior associates while Deloitte has a performance based bonus of up to 12%. This is for M&A FDD so I don't know if it's the same for AAS.

I’d personally go for Deloitte between these 2 based purely on the brand name
Deloitte. Brand name is huge and will make your resume standout no matter where in the world you live.
I agree with the assessment of the brand. But does it really matter if I already have big 4 experience? I did audit at EY for 2 years (in corporate accounting now).
Not long haul- I just want to get technical accounting experience so that I can move to an SEC reporting position. I agree 4 years looks way better than 2. Kind of think it might have been better to switch to another b4 firm while I was still at EY. But the hours were just too much to bear at the time

They also tend to be layoff happy, but the brand does look good on a resume
What office are you considering for DHG?
Oh yeah you’re right. Dunno why I thought it was Tysons.
The Big 4 name holds more weight than you imagine. Go with Deloitte
I would also go with Deloitte.
DHG accounting advisory does not have crazy hours. Theoretically it’s 40h/week, unless they are planning to staff you on audits during busy season(which I doubt), or there is a urgent client delivery ddl. My experience is that if I work on Saturday, my senior manager would tell me I can take Monday off. If you are gonna be working with LZ, she is super nice and chill, an awesome coach. Partners are also really nice and approachable. A lot of them are previously from BDO.
