Once a month, sometimes there will be an extra one here and there though. Sometimes we will talk about changes or things coming up, sometimes somebody has a new and interesting approach, that is our favorite! What about you? Sometimes they really are nice, other times it feels like a huge waste of time.

We have to have team meetings everyday unless something else is scheduled like a pep session, house meetings, eat I ng lunch with the kids etc. Right now we officially meet 3 times a week.

We meet monthly. But it is a waste of time. It has become a gripe session where people just complain about everything they don’t like. Rarely are solutions reached.

Wait, are you telling me there are people who actually enjoy or outright love team meetings? I don’t know who these people are but they have a lot more patience than I do. I am in the oh my God, not another team meeting. How do I get out of this with this meeting ever end group?
