Guys how will be Mphasis to work for with JPMorgan Chase client.. offer in hand is 37 lpa and hr unofficially said that they have budget of 44 lpa as well. I asked them for 40 lpa . But the condition is they want me to join in 15 days. Whereas my to notice period is until august.

And also there is discrepancy in hr and the panelist who took my interview. Hr is saying hybrid , panelist said that complete work from office.

I got an offer from accenture 8lpa fixed 1.68 variable n the position is level 11.
Now i have better offers from pwc n kpmg
10lpa fixed.
Will accenture increase their offer. They wer not even ready to go till 8.5 last time. But now i have other offers in hand. Is it possible to go back and ask for improved offer n position even though i have accepted the old 8lpa offer from accenture 1 month back.

However i am getting an onsite opportunity In Denmark, what should be my expected ctc there? Considering the country is much expensive. I'm not good at my tech stack. I've somehow managed to perform all my tasks without any escalation/blunders but that also by some help/googling.
I also managed to switch from an Indian mnc to a reputed company and now also somehow cleared a FAANG interview,but i know I'm not much knowledgeable in my tech .
