My current ctc is 23lpa and I have offer of around 36lpa in India
However i am getting an onsite opportunity In Denmark, what should be my expected ctc there? Considering the country is much expensive. If anyone has done research regarding cost of living in Denmark earlier, please share your thoughts on this, it would be very helpful. They are willing to offer 60k euros, but I feel 36 lpa in india is better deal. Companies are equivalent.

I’ve got about 20 years cross channel experience in marketing, split between big brands and startups, and I’m considering pivoting into a data science/data analyst role. I know it will initially be a step back in comp but is it at all realistic for a person with certificate level experience in data analysis but a decent marketing management background to expect $150-200k comp or is that mostly for degreed candidates (or not realistic at all)? Any guidance here is greatly appreciated.

CTR, contracts and department overhaul

our marketing dept is undergoing a complete overhaul. under old leadership, a $75k 12-mo contract was signed to a marketing group that handles our SEO, blog and everything Google Ads. All things I can and am in training to do. Current CTRs on G ads seem pitiful at no more than 0.75%. My meta ads coast around 4-6%. During this overhaul, would it be wise to not renew our contract, and negotiate for me to take over these roles and leverage a raise?

Curious what’s a fair salary in MA? Was just told that there is likely not going to be a chance for a raise during my upcoming performance review due to my salary already being “above average for the industry” based on my employer’s questionable research. I’ve been with the company 8.5 years & am the only one in my role, which they can’t operate without. Is this legal? My spouses company just decided to change their comp structure for account managers. It was base + comm, now it’s commission only but nothing changed, OT commission is the same, didn’t get more points, just took away the base pay and said work harder basically. So now they have to worker harder to get $50k they were already making. (Not a decision based on employee performance, they’ve been crushing it. I think the company is just trying to save money they overspent else where)

I also managed to switch from an Indian mnc to a reputed company and now also somehow cleared a FAANG interview,but i know I'm not much knowledgeable in my tech .

I often fail at some interviews badly.

I am currently in probation period and there is still 1 month left for my probation to end.
In my offer letter it is mentioned that any probationary employee should give 1 month written notice before leaving. So I am confused if it is 90 days or 1 month.
